Refund policy


At CAREDIAMONDS, we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and secure return process for our European customers.

1. Standard Returns for European Customers

You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original condition. This applies to all items, excluding bespoke pieces.

To initiate your return, please email us at office@carediamonds.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Whether you request a refund or an exchange

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a complimentary return label for shipments within Europe. Please note: We cannot process your return without the above details.

2. Refunds

A refund will be issued to the original payment method used once the goods are received.

Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds may take up to 10 working days after the returned item has been received and approved. 

3. Packaging & Condition

We strive to accept all returns. The item does not need to be sent back in its original shippping box, as long as it is securely packed.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned in unsuitable condition, we may have to return it to you.

4. Bespoke & Personalized Orders

Custom pieces as well as engraved rings, which are considered personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
